Who we are
Hartlepool Driveways is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. The quote form
The form on this site is supplied by HighLevel (LeadConnector), a US company, and loads from api.leadconnectorhq.com. HighLevel stores enquiries for us as our data processor. Because it is based in the United States your details may be transferred there, protected by the safeguards in its data processing terms.
Cookies and browser storage
When the form loads, its provider receives basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type. To work, and to note which page you enquired from, it stores a security cookie (__cf_bm) on the provider's domain and some local storage entries (names beginning v2_, v3_ and form_progress_). Our cookies page lists them, and you can clear them in your browser at any time.
Spam and bot checks
The form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. It also fetches supporting files, such as fonts, from its provider's servers. No Facebook or advertising pixel is set up on it.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts hartlepooldriveway.co.uk and processes technical information, including your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use website analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form we receive what you type into it: normally your name, phone number, email address and postcode, plus anything you tell us about the driveway job. We use it to answer your enquiry. There are no accounts or logins on this site.
Who sees your enquiry
Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. We never sell your details or hand them to marketing firms.
Our lawful basis
We process your details because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and because answering enquiries is a legitimate interest of ours.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for no more than 24 months after your last contact with us and are then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email info@hartlepooldriveway.co.uk to make a request. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you're not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
